Thank you for shopping at MakeMySculpture.in. We are committed to getting your handcrafted sculptures to you safely and efficiently. This policy details how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. Since our sculptures are handcrafted, this processing time is essential to ensure quality and secure packaging.
You will receive a second notification, separate from your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Partners & Delivery
We have partnered with Shiprocket as our official logistics aggregator. This allows us to leverage Shiprocket’s network of reliable courier partners (such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.) to ensure your order reaches you in the safest and fastest way possible.
The choice of the final courier partner for your delivery will be made by Shiprocket’s automated system to ensure the best service for your pin code.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Once your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
Within Tamil Nadu: 2-3 business days
Metro Cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.): 3-5 business days
Rest of India (Tier 2/3 cities): 5-7 business days
North-East States & J&K: 7-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, your location, or other unforeseen delays from the courier’s end. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the weight of the product and your location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
We may occasionally offer free shipping on select products or as part of a promotional campaign.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package. This information is provided via our Shiprocket integration.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the courier partner’s website.
6. Damaged in Transit
We take extreme care in packaging our delicate sculptures. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please do the following:
Do not accept the package if it appears severely tampered with or damaged.
If you do accept the package, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, as per our Return and Refund Policy.
You must provide your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the damaged product and the packaging.
7. Undeliverable or RTO Orders
If an order is returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin) due to an incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt (recipient unavailable), or if the package is refused by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are 100% correct when placing your order.
8. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
