By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged in transit.
- The product received is defective.
- The product received is incorrect (i.e., not the item you ordered).
Important Note: Our sculptures are handcrafted resin artworks. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
To be eligible for a return, your request must meet these requirements:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in the exact condition you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and any included documentation.
2. Return Process
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

- Provide Details: In your message, you must include:
- Your Order ID.
- A brief description of the problem (e.g., “damaged” or “wrong item”).
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue and the product’s packaging.
- Await Approval: Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Item: You will need to ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. Please ensure it is packaged securely to prevent any damage during return transit.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition and eligibility for a refund or replacement.
3. Refunds
- Approval: If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned product.
- Method: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (bank account, credit/debit card, or digital wallet).
- Rejection: If a returned item is not approved upon inspection (for reasons such as misuse, customer-inflicted damage, or being returned in poor condition), it will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
4. Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect sculpture, we are happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- A replacement will be dispatched after we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
- A Replacement / Exchange order will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Customized or personalized sculptures.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper use, or neglect.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Returns initiated after the 3-day notification period.
6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

- Once an order has been packed, processed for shipping, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
